ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash order dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) and letter dated 05.07.2022 (Annexure P-10) whereby services of the petitioner have been terminated.

Haryana Staff Selection Commission advertised various posts of Clerks. Petitioner successfully participated in the selection process and was issued appointment letter dated 11.09.2020 (Annexure P3). She joined the department on 15.09.2020 and is working there since then. The said selection was set-aside vide order/judgment dated 25.04.2022 rendered by this Court in CWP No. 15672 of 2021. Pursuant thereto, public/show cause notice dated 25.06.2022 (Annexure P-6) was issued. Vide impugned orders dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) and 05.07.2022 (Annexure P-10), services of the petitioner are now proposed to be terminated.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure P-7). 5.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Till the representation (Annexure P-7) is decided, services of the petitioner shall not be dispensed with and she shall be allowed to continue to work.

Disposed of accordingly.
