(ORAL) On instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar, learned State counsel submits that the trial in the instant case has been concluded, as out of total 8 accused, 7 have been acquitted and only Dilbagh Singh S/o Sher Singh, has been convicted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 506, 302 and 307 IPC, vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 09.08.2018.
In view of above, the instant revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
