Admittedly, the petitioner's execution petition to implement the final judgment passed by the First Appellate Court is pending. In these circumstances, continuation of the proceedings under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for implementation of an interlocutory injunction order shall not be appropriate. It shall be open to the petitioner to continue with the execution proceedings which has already been filed. It is expected that the Executing Court will make a sincere endeavour for executing the final decree, expeditiously. 2.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
