The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking release of payment 2.
Learned State counsel at the outset submitted that admitted liability has already been released and remaining claimed amount is disputed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per Clause 43 of the Agreement, the matter should be amicably settled and in case of dispute it should be referred to Chief Conservator of Forests. Faced with this, learned State counsel submits that Chief Conservator of Forests as per terms and conditions would look into the matter and comply with Clause 43 of the agreement. 5.
