2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J During the course of hearing, it has transpired that respondent no.3 was appointed for three years and his tenure is going to expire on 6th August 2015.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad--idem that instead of disturbing the appointment of respondent no.3 at this point of time, let the respondent-University consider the petitioner for appointment as Dean, Faculty of Education for a term of three years, immediately after the term of respondent no.3 expires i.e. in the month of August 2015. Learned counsel for the respondent-University has fairly stated that except in the case of a senior reader than the petitioner or a professor, petitioner would be appointed as Dean, Faculty of Education, immediately after the expiry of term of respondent no.3.
