**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners, in view of the marriage solemnized by them against the wishes of respondent Nos.4 and 5. 2.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners were born in the years 1996 and 1990 respectively and they have solemnized their marriage against the wishes of respondents No.4 and 5.

It is specifically asserted in paragraph 5 of the petition that the petitioners have solemnized marriage on 17.02.2018. Further, to substantiate their date of births, petitioner No.1 has annexed her affidavit and petitioner No.2 as his Aadhar Card. They apprehend threat to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. 6.

Present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take care of life and liberty of the petitioners, as per law. 7.

However, it is made clear that this order may not be construed as expression of an opinion on legality and validity of the marriage of the petitioners.
