Despite being informed by the Registry to the learned counsel for the appellant about the date fixed, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Further, no effort has been made by the appellant to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
