Mr. Kapil Aggarwal, Advocate for the appellant. * * * * Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wrote a registered letter to the appellant, but the said letter has been received back undelivered. Counsel further submitted that Insurance Company is not a party to the appeal and the award is against the private respondents. Even they have not been served and therefore, he is not in a position to provide the addresses of the respondents as well.

In the circumstances, Counsel states that this appeal be consigned to record with liberty to get it revived, in case of need. It is ordered accordingly.
