RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has come up in revision against the order, dated 13.7.2016, passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Barnala, whereby an interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month and an amount of Rs. 5,500/- as litigation expenses, has been granted in favour of the respondent, Charanjit Kaur, after taking into consideration the fact that father of the petitioner is owner of ten acres of land and doing the business of selling of milk.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no infirmity in the order passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Barnala. The petitioner can always lead his evidence at the final stage. No ground for interference is made out. Dismissed.
