(ORAL) Petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to notify MGNREGA Human Resource Manual (Recruitment and Condition of Contract) Rules, 2018, after considering the objections of the petitioner-Organization submitted to respondent No.1 on 29.10.2018 (Annexure P-10) followed by reminder dated 10.06.2021 (Annexure P-11) but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the instant petition.

noticed on behalf of State of Haryana. She submits that the competent authority will look into the objections and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees that let a final decision be taken on the pending objections.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed with directions to the competent authority to look into the objections of the petitioner (Annexure P-10) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present writ petition by treating the same as a supplementary writ petition and take a decision, in accordance with law. 7.
Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months.
