RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Feeling aggrieved against the order, dated 15.7.2016, passed by learned District Judge (Family Court), Karnal, disposing of the execution petition, the petitioners have come up in the present criminal revision. The only dispute in the present case is that the execution has not been decided as per the calculations made by the petitioners. According to them, a sum of Rs. 41,500/- is still outstanding and payable by the respondent.

In view of above, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an application in accordance with law, for review of the order dated 15.7.2016, giving details of the calculations of the maintenance as disclosed in para 11 of the grounds of revision. On filing of the application, learned Executing Court shall examine the calculations and decide the same in accordance with law.

The criminal revision stands disposed of.
