By way of filing the instant petition, violation of the order dated 04.04.2019 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-4658-2016, has been alleged.

Learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions from Mr. Om Dutt, Mining Officer, informs that the order in question dated 04.04.2019 (Annexure P-1) has been challenged by way of filing a Special Leave Petition bearing Diary No.37061 of 2019 and the said SLP was listed on 22.03.2024 along with SLP-1544-2019. Copy of the order dated 22.03.2024 has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of at this stage.
