BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner seeks release of three persons mentioned in para 3 of the petition claiming that they have been illegally detained in M/s Sumer Dass Brick Kiln, situated in village Ahar, Police Station Israna, District Panipat, by respondent Nos.5 & 6. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner has not submitted any representation to the District Magistrate, Panipat.

Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Haryana. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.Anil Kumar Yadav, Addl. A.G., Haryana, present in the Court. Copy given.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner moves an application before the District Magistrate, Panipat, the same will be looked into within a period of ten days of receipt of the same.
