**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to register an FIR against the guilty persons mentioned in this petition.

In pursuance of notice of motion issued by this Court, the State of Punjab has filed the reply and paragraph 3 of the preliminary objections reads as under: - "That it is further submitted that thereafter the matter could not be compromised between the petitioner and private respondents and therefore the petitioner has got recorded his statement before Naresh Kumar 2018.05.02 15:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M-8039-2018 -2Hardial Singh, A.S.I., P.S. Harike, District Tarn Taran on dated 10.03.2018 and to this effect a case F.I.R. No.0022 dated 10.03.2018 under section 380/448/506/342 of I.P.C. has been registered against the private respondents/accused and others at P.S. Harike, District Tarn Taran. True translation of F.I.R. No.0022 dated 10.03.2018 of P.S. Harike, District Tarn Taran is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE R-2/T. Therefore, the present petition deserve to be dismissed being without any merit." 3.
It is apparently clear from the concurrence of paragraph 3 mentioned hereinabove that FIR No.22 dated 10.03.2018 under Sections 380, 448, 506 and 342 IPC has been registered against the private respondents at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran and copy of the same is attached as Annexure R-2/T.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued and consequently, the present petition is accordingly disposed off. 5.
