***** The solitary contention raised by the learned Senior counsel for the applicants-respondents seeking review of the judgment dated 13.11.2018 is that the law relied upon by the Writ Court while allowing the writ petition was propounded in Thana Singh and others Vs. The Punjab State Electricity Board and another in CWP No. 9294 of 1993. SLP No.10896-2011 filed against the same stands allowed on 8.1.2019 in favour of the respondent-Corporation in Civil Appeal No. 193 of 2019 Punjab State Electricity Board and another Vs. Thana Singh and others (Annexure A-2). Resultantly, the order under review needs to be recalled.

I have heard learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants-respondents and in the considered opinion of this Court, on the aforesaid grounds the review cannot be maintained.
