(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for seeking direction to respondent No.2 to register an FIR on the basis of the preliminary enquiry held by the Economic Offences Wing, Patiala dated 30.05.2017 (P-6). Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manmohan Singh, has stated that FIR No.36 dated 22.04.2018, under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, has already been registered at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
