CRM-M-33872-2021 Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in Sessions case No.323 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, emanating out of FIR No.58, dated 23.04.2021, under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Faridabad, District Faridabad.

In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the above-mentioned application, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
