This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. On the last date of hearing, since, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, therefore, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants as well as their counsel for the next date of hearing. 2.
As per report of the Registry, notice issued to the appellantHemlata has been received back with the report that she is not residing at the given address as she get re-married and residing in Mahendergarh (Haryana); appellants-Sandeep alias Daulat and Ms. Pooja are also residing in Mahendergarh (Haryana) with their mother; whereas, appellant-Ramdutt has since expired.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. 4.
