Mr.P.K.Jhanda, AAG, Haryana Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the detenues mentioned in para 2 of the writ petition. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 19.2.2015 passed by this court, a committee was constituted. It visited brick-kiln and submitted its report. Operative part thereof is as under:- "In response to letter No.1017/MA dated 24.2.2015, the SDM, Ratia has submitted the report of the committee vide letter No.377/steno, dated 25.2.2015 (Annexure R-1). The committee visited the Brick-kiln M/s Ambey Bricks Co. (Style Janta Bricks) Village Khai, Tehsil, Ratia, District Fatehabad on dated 25.2.2015. The matter was dismissed with the workers found working at the brick-kiln. The workers mentioned in their statement that the owner had provided all the basic facilities such as Jhuggies,

CRWP-259-2015 2 Electricity, Drinking water, Toilet, First Aid Box etc. and they were combined statements of workers, statement of brick-kiln owner's brother Sh.Parveen Kumar son of Sh.Khem Chand and of Jamadar Sh.Sukhbir son of Manglu Ram there is no bonded labour at the brick kiln and the workers mentioned before the committee that they are not bonded labourer but they do not want to work to work here and want to go their home. The committee has made their arrangement for their travel through canter 1109 No. PB-03 AF-4783 and the workers have left the brick kiln in the presence of committee."

In view of report of the committee, no further direction from this court is required.

Dismissed.
