This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing directions to respondent No.2 to 4 to submit the conclusion/enquiry report (Annexure P-3) in case FIR No.11 dated 23.01.2017 under Section 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Moga City before the Illaqua Judicial Magistrate, District Moga.

Notice of motion in this case was issued on 24.08.2021. Learned State counsel has referred to reply dated 02.11.2021 to submit that in this case a SIT was constituted under supervision of Superintendent of Police Crime against woman, Ferozepur on 30.06.2017. Thereafter challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was presented on 24.11.2017. Thereafter, a report of enquiry conducted by SP Headquarters was sent with regard to pending investigation of the said case with SIT. The finding of the SIT dated 29.11.2017 was to POONAM SHARMA 2022.11.21 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-34435 of 2021 -2the effect that the case is found to be rightly registered against the accused and SHO to proceed against Parminder Kaur in accordance with law. He refers to Para 4 of the reply to submit that after submission of the challan accused Parminder Kaur had been declared proclaimed offender by the trial Court vide order dated 22.09.2020 and the charges were framed on 23.02.2018 and now three prosecution witnesses have been examined. Challan was filed against the other co-accused who has since been acquitted, however, the proceedings qua Parminder Kaur are still pending. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, the present petition rendered infructuous. In view of above, no further orders are called for in this case. The present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
