Mr. Subhash Godara, Additional Advocate General, Punjab. **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.13 dated 16.03.2016, registered under Sections 307, 452, 394, 397, 427, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Kabirpur, District Kapurthala. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 30.08.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record.

As per the status report, there are as many as 15 other cases registered and/or pending against the petitioner, though he stand acquitted in seven cases. It is further mentioned in the status report that the case before the trial Court is now fixed for pronouncement of the orders.
