*** It is stated by counsel for the parties that the dispute has since been amicably resolved between the parties vide written statement/agreement copy of which has been placed on record and is marked as 'A' for reference. In terms of para No. 5 of the settlement, both the parties have agreed to get their marriage dissolved by filing a petition for divorce by mutual consent and have agreed to withdraw the petitions filed by them against each other.

CRR(F) No. 323 of 2016 (O&M) and CRR(F) No. 497 of 2017 (O&M) Mr. V.K. Shukla, Advocate appearing for petitioner in CRR(F) No. 323 of 2016 (O&M) states that the petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce by mutual consent has since been filed by the spouses where their statements have been recorded on first motion and now the petition is listed for 2.12.2022 for recording statement on second motion. He states that in view of the compromise he be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Similarly, Mr. Randeep Singh, Advocate representing the revisionists in CRR(F) No. 497 of 2017 (O&M) seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition filed by him on behalf of Gurdeep Singh and another.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn as compromised.
