This is a petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for extension of parole for two months w.e..f. 17.06.2021 in case FIR No.303 dated 09.09.2013 under Section 22 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station City Feorzepur.

Reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would surrender before the jail authorities, i.e., District Jail, Muktsar by 5:00 P.M today i.e. 09.09.2021.

In view thereof, no further directions are required. The present petition is disposed of.
