The alleged detenue Meena Devi has appeared before the Court and stated that she does not want to go with the petitioner nor she was detained by respondents No.4 to 9.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to the petitioner under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
