RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 03.08.2016 passed by learned District Judge Family Court, S.B.S Nagar vide which the application filed by the respondents was disposed of and petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- to the respondents as an interim maintenance per month from the date of filing application. A bare perusal of impugned order shows that the petitioner is serving in C.R.P.F and as per stand of the respondents, his income has been taken as Rs.35,000/- per month. The petitioner can lead his evidence at a final stage to show the income of his wife.

The order dated 03.08.2016 does not require any interference by this Court at this stage.

The petition stands dismissed.
