RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by learned District Judge Family Court, Karnal vide which the application filed by the respondent was allowed and petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- to the respondent as an interim maintenance per month from the date of filing of petition.
A bare perusal of impugned order shows that the petitioner has admitted that he was having annual income of Rs.1,84,500/- and Rs.1,68,200/- respectively for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14 i.e roughly Rs.15,000/-Rs.16,000/- per month. Further he is the registered owner of car and TATA LCV. Besides this, he is having two shops of spare parts.
The order dated 22.08.2016 passed by learned District Judge Family Court, Karnal does not require any interference by this Court at this stage. The petition stands dismissed.
