By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for seeking quashing of order dated 19.09.2015 passed by JMIC Nakodar, in complaint No.41/2013 dated 18.04.2013 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 382, 427, 452, 504, 506, 148 and 149 IPC.

Learned counsel for petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner being away to Dubai relating to his employment has not been able to come back on account of being faced with some problem about release of his passport from his employer thus prays for withdrawal of present petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again as and when the petitioner is in position to visit India. 3.

Dismissed being not pressed at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again.
