Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of direction to respondent No. 3 for supplying the relevant information as sought by the petitioner under RTI Act, vide his application dated 05.12.2020 (P-1). Upon notice, learned counsel for respondent(s) has apprised the Court that as on today, second appeal preferred by petitioner is pending for 27.09.2022 before the State Information Commission, Haryana (for short "the Commission") and copy of intimation dated 10.08.2022 addressed to the Registrar (Writ) of this Court, as produced by counsel for respondent(s), is taken on record as Mark-'X'.

In view of the above, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, does not press the petition any further and prays to pursue the statutory remedy already pending before the Commission. Disposed off accordingly.
