The case is covered against the appellant/assessee by the order and judgment of a Division Bench of this Court dated 09.10.2014 in a group of matters, the first of which is CUSAP No. 32 of 2014, M/s. B.E. Office Automation Products Pvt. Ltd. vs. Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), in the appellant's own case.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
