After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas before the learned trial Judge for amendment of charge as Bajinder Singh has died on 20.03.2018. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
