(ORAL) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Anticipatory Bail on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.95, dated 23rd May, 2020, registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar.

Mr. Naresh Pal Chandel, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 through Video Conferencing and sent up a copy of his Memorandum of Appearance by E-mail; Be kept on record. He further submits that the matter has been actually compromised between the parties as claimed by the Petitioner.
