**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) The prayer inter alia in the present petition is for directing the respondents to conduct fair and impartial inquiry in DDR No.19 dated 01.06.2022, Police Station Maur, District Bathinda as well as in the representation dated 15.06.2022.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
