RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that despite his undertaking on 02.08.2018, the petitioner has not paid even a single penny towards maintenance on any of the due dates. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

Agreeing with the submissions of learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is dismissed on the following two counts:- (i) For non-compliance of order dated 02.08.2018; and (ii) for want of prosecution, on account of non-appearance of the petitioner or his counsel.
