Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably resolved by the petitioner with the accused. The dispute arose due to matrimonial discord between the petitioner and her husband. It is submitted that petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the petitioner and her husband has already been allowed. FIR No.277 dated 30.05.2013, under Sections 498A/406/325/506 IPC, Police Station Faridabad Central has since been quashed by this Court on 06.02.2018 in CRM No.M-35710 of 2017. The main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner has since been withdrawn. Therefore, this petition it is submitted has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
