(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the main petition filed by the respondent under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been disposed of by the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
