ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is petitioner's second foray before this Court seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.0087 dated 19.07.2020 under Sections 447/511/380 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot. 2.

Vide an order dated 17.08.2020 (Annexure P-4), earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed, inter-alia, on the premise that an enquiry conducted by DSP had indicted the petitioner of breaking the lock of the house and removing trunks of three Neem trees from the disputed plot. The present petition has, however, been once again filed by the petitioner pleading that on a complaint submitted by the wife, a fresh enquiry has been marked by the SSP.
