ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure P-4), order dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 05.07.2022 (Annexure P-6) vide which services of the petitioner have been terminated.

Haryana Staff Selection Commission advertised 4858 posts of Clerks. Petitioner, being eligible, applied for the same under BC(A) category,his name was recommended to Engineer-in-Chief, Public Works (B&R) Department, Haryana and he was offered appointment vide order dated 14.09.2020. he accordingly joined on 21.09.2020 as Clerk and is working since then. The said selection was set-aside vide order/judgment dated 25.04.2022 rendered by this Court in CWP No. 15672 of 2021. Pursuant thereto, show cause notice dated 25.06.2022 (Annexure P-2) was issued. On advance service, learned State counsel appears and opposes issuance of notice of motion.

I have heard learned counsels for the parties and have perused the case file.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by way of filing representation within two weeks from today and in case he does so, respondents shall look into the same and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Till any decision is taken on the representation so filed, services of the petitioner shall not be dispensed with till then. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
