(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.432 dated 20.11.2021 under Sections 199, 205, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station, Division No.5, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Navkiranjeet Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 20.09.2023, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.09.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
