The petitioner who was earlier on parole for a period of four weeks with effect from 10.02.2015 to 11.03.2015 granted by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jalandhar at Kapurthala and it is submitted by the counsel that during the course of events due to sudden deterioration of health of Lakhbir Singh father of the petitioner Parminder Singh, the petitioner had to donate him kidney for transplantation to save his precious life and which contention is duly RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.03.10 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court

 

supported by the hospital certificate Annexure P2, which vouches for rest from 05.03.2015 till 25.03.2015.

In view of the peculiar situation and in the interest of justice and to ensure that the petitioner is able to recoup, parole is extended till 25.03.2015 and the petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jalandhar at Kapurthala on 26.03.2015 at 10.00 a.m.
