       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.150 dated 31.05.2021, registered at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 342 and 506 IPC and Sections 325 and 326 IPC (added subsequently). Vide order dated 06.09.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Khem Chand, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
