Despite being informed by the Registry, today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and further no effort has been made to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is reserved to the appellant to move an application for restoration of the appeal as and when complete record of the case is available with him.

The Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fee to Mr. R.C. Kapoor, Advocate, within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
