RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No. 115 dated 04.09.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot and the order dated 31.10.2017 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed offenders. Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the order dated 09.03.2018, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the petitioners were ordered to surrender before the trial Court within one week and on doing so, the trial Court would admit them to bail on its satisfaction. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
