Vide order dated 10.3.2015, this Court has appointed the Warrant Officer in the case, who was required to visit the place as pointed out by the petitioner in order to locate the detenues. The counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the fact that Warrant Officer visited/inspected the brick kiln of the private respondents and got the detenues released from the clutches of the private respondents and sent them to their native place in a truck. However, by way of criminal miscellaneous application, the petitioner has tried to make out a new case that after the release of detenues, the detenues have been again kept in some place known to the respondents.

Since the Warrant Officer has got the detenues released and has complied the direction of this Court dated 10.3.2015, the petitioner is VIJAY ASIJA 2015.03.20 15:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Writ Petition No.368 of 2015 -2not permitted to raise different cause and may invoke separate remedy as permissible under law.
