Through the present petition the petitioner seeks quashing of impugned final result dated 28.02.2019 through which the petitioner has been shown to have not been selected to the post of Constable (Male). A direction is also sought to be issued to the respondent to grant to the petitioner four additional marks as weightage for being a graduate and in case after grant of such marks he has more marks than the last person selected, to recommend his name for appointment to the post of Constable (Male).

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the present petition as a representation by the petitioner to the respondent-Commission and take a decision thereupon in a time bound manner.
