#$ !% Report of Warrant Officer dated 26.03.2015 has been received whereby after raiding Police Station Hathur, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana and Police Station City, Jagraon he was not successful in tracing out the alleged detenues namely, Buta Singh and Jagdev Singh, nor the Warrant Officer could find any clues or leads as to their whereabouts.

Thus, in the light of the same, present matter has been rendered infructuous and stands dismissed as such. However, the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.04.01 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
