(ORAL) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) By way of filing the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant atleast the minimum of the pay scales as have been granted to Masters/Mistresses working in the same department possessing the same qualification, performing the same duties but still the petitioners are being paid a meager consolidated salary of Rs.6500/- per month which is less than even from the DC rates, which is violative of settled proposition of law. Notice of motion.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondentauthority, to decide legal notice dated 19.03.2020 (Annexure P-8) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
