JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for transferring the investigation of case bearing FIR No. 563 dated 20.10.2017 under Sections 323, 34, 376, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat (Annexure P-2) to some independent Agency. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing a representation dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure P-4) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

Mr.P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to hm by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for.
