This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 6, dated 24th June, 2021, under Section 506 IPC and Sections 7, 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Ambala. CRM-36418-2021 is filed seeking permission to withdraw the main petition i.e. CRM-M-34028-2021 with liberty to approach the trial Court to apply for regular bail.
