Present petition has been filed by workman-Swaran Singh for issuance of direction for partial quashing of award dated 21.03.2012 (Anneuxre P1) passed by respondent No.2-Industrial Tribunal, Patiala, whereby although, termination of workman has been held to be unjustified, but instead of reinstatement, a direction has been issued to pay compensation amount of Rs.15,000/- to the workman, for the reason that lease of respondent has expired on 11.02.2003, thus, reinstatement is not possible. 2.
Petitioner is not appearing for the last two dates and today also, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. 3.
Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 & 3 submits that awarded amount was deposited and has been withdrawn by workman also. 4.
In the facts and circumstances, explained and recorded hereabove, Court is left with no other option, except to dispose of the present petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition, within eight weeks from today, in case, any substantive issue still exists along with a cause of action to the petitioner.
