(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.8 dated 08.01.2018, under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, registered at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 20.03.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 29.03.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
